The core philosophy of social justice at Antioch University that guides the program, the focus on learning to design and implement effective lessons that are student centered, and the fact that there are no grades.

At most schools, the focus is on grades first and understanding second. Antioch University is the opposite, and that has allowed me to really concentrate and listen in class. I have found that I can get involved in the discussions and achieve better understanding of the material.… ”
