Can Antioch University BA students move on to the Master's in Organizational Management?
Yes! Antioch BA students who pursue the business concentration may also take selected graduate courses while completing their undergraduate degree; Antioch University gives credit for this work in both the undergraduate and graduate management programs, an advantage for students who choose to continue their studies at Antioch University Los Angeles.

How realistic is it for me to complete the Masters program while employed full-time?
It is very realistic. Almost all of our graduate students are working adults. Our students find that they can fullfil the requirements of the program if they develop good time-management skills and effective work habits. You may wish to take only one or two courses per quarter, especially if your job demands are intense. You are free to continually fine-tune this balance as you decide your academic workload each quarter.

When can I start in the Master of Arts in Organizational Management program?
You may begin your studies during any of our four quarters. Quarters begin in the first weeks of January, April, July, and October of each year.
