Antioch University has long pioneered innovative learning experiences for our students, and now we provide them in a graduate Masters of Arts in Education program for Leadership & Change.

Residency and Unit Requirements
The program’s residency requirement is six half-time quarters. The number of quarter units for the M.A. degree is 45. All candidates complete an Action Research Project in lieu of a traditional thesis. The project uses reflective inquiry into applying a change intervention into educational organizations and practices. Each candidate works closely with a faculty advisor to that will best support his or her vision of change. Team projects are encouraged.
