Antioch's specialization in Leadership helps prepare students for middle and upper-management roles.  Students learn to facilitate successfully the performance of individuals, groups, and organizations. Particular focus is given to the leader’s development for personal, interpersonal, and strategic effectiveness in complex, changing environments.
