Each quarter, writers and fans meet for the Literary Uprising, a free public reading featuring creative writers from Antioch University Los Angeles’ BA program, MFA program, and faculty. Together, we share ideas, stories, and poetry. We also share food, conversation, and a bit of merriment. The Literary Uprising is sponsored by the BA program and Two Hawks Quarterly.
The Literary Uprising began in January of 2005 with a small collection of writers gathered in the AULA library. Since then, nearly a hundred readers have shared their work with the AULA community.
