Some of the extra features of the Education Department include:
- The annual Upstanders Children’s Literature Conference which bestows the Horace Mann Upstanders Book Award to a work of children’s literature that encourages young people to become agents of change
- The on-campus Children’s Library, which contains over 1,500 volumes of children’s literature
- Valuable ways to connect to the Education community at AULA and beyond
