Curriculum

The master’s program in Organizational Management is a 60 quarter unit program.

  • 40 units of core curriculum
  • 20 units of electives

The core, required curriculum emphasizes important critical thinking and people skills and covers business and management fundamentals. There is also a 4-unit Capstone Experience, which is a team-based project for a client organization.

The elective units may be fulfilled with courses, workshops, internships, or independent studies. You can choose from Organizational Management offerings, or courses in the graduate psychology program, graduate education program, and other campus-based programs, or through courses from other institutions.
