Step 1. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The Department of Education will issue you a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which will allow you to access your information and update it. AULA's Title IV school code is E00554. Using guidelines determined by Congress, this site will help you determine your Expected Family Contribution (EFC), an amount you and your family (if applicable) are expected to contribute toward your education.

Step 2. Complete the attached 2007-2008 AULA Financial Aid Request form

Step 3. If you are a new student, compete the Entrance Counseling online. Log on to http://mapping-your-future.org/ and scroll your mouse over "Student Loan Counseling Interview" and then choose the "Stafford Entrance". The system will walk you through the rest of the necessary steps.
