• Guidelines for Employing Federal Work Study Students: Student Employee Guidelines

The Federal Work Study Program provides paid employment possibilities and is awarded to financial aid applicants with the highest level of need, who meet the priority deadline, on a first come, first served basis until the funds are depleted. Students with Federal Work Study Awards may apply for an on-campus FWS Assistant position, subject to availability and the approval of the administrative department or academic program.

To determine eligibility:
1. Complete a FAFSA at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov before the priority deadline.
2. Complete a Financial Aid Request Form (PDF) before the priority deadline.
