New Student Grants

AULA is pleased to announce the availability of the AULA New Student Grant in all programs, based on financial need.

New students are those enrolling at the university for the first time or who have previously completed one degree program at AULA but are enrolling for a new degree program for the first time (i.e. completed the BA program and are a new student in the MAP program).

Typical awards could be up to 25% of the total tuition for the portion of the academic year following their entry into the university. For example, a student entering in summer could be awarded a scholarship of up to 25% of their tuition for the full academic year whereas a student entering in winter could receive an award equaling up to 25% of their tuition the remaining half of the academic year.

All students must maintain “satisfactory academic progress,” and must remain enrolled at least half-time as defined by their degree program requirement.

Please note that the AULA New Student Grant funding is limited and all interested applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible to ensure that there are funds still available.

It is easy to apply for this scholarship.  To be eligible to receive the AULA New Student Grant, the student:

  • Must demonstrate financial need by completing a FAFSA - found at www.fafsa.ed.gov, School code: E00554
  • Complete an AULA New Student Grant Application
  • Submit to Financial Aid Office – hand deliver, fax or mail
  • Tentative award maybe made prior to admission and final award will be made at matriculation

To apply, each applicant must complete a FAFSA (as indicated above) and download and complete the New Student Grant application.  The FAFSA results will be sent to AULA automatically, and the scholarship application form can be dropped off, faxed or mailed to the Financial Aid office.
