Room Request Form

Please use this form to request a room at Antioch University Los Angeles. Campus Services Staff will assign rooms based on availability, and will confirm your room reservation by email. Please note that this form is only a request, and is therefore not complete until you have received confirmation from Campus Services Staff. Before making your request, feel free to view the room calendar at www.antiochla.edu/rooms. Click on All Rooms View to see all of the rooms. Please note that rooms for classes take priority, and quarter classes are most often booked during week 13 of the previous quarter.
