Commencement Participation Registration

Commencement registration process is a 2 step process.
Step ONE: Complete the following form to register your participation with the university.
Step TWO: Order your official regalia through Oak Hall. (Link also provided at completion of Step One)

The priority deadline for registration and guaranteed ticket fulfillment will end on May 15, 2015.

Participants who register before the priority deadline will be contacted via email for the chance to enter a lottery for extra tickets.

The priority deadline for purchasing regalia is also May 15, 2015.

After May 15, 2015, you may still register for Commencement, but you will not be eligible for the extra ticket lottery, and your regalia order will be subject to a $25 late fee through Oak Hall.

Oak Hall is prepared to accommodate orders placed through June 8, 2015. Regalia orders placed after June 8 are not guaranteed to arrive to you on time, and may be subject to extra shipping and handling fee

  • If you have any special needs, such as handicap access for guests, please enter a brief description in the box above. A member of the Commencement Committee will contact you via email to arrange accommodation prior to the ceremony.
