Jeanne Hartley has been an organization development / learning and development practitioner for over 25 years. She has worked in business, manufacturing; service and non-profit environments helping line managers improve individual, team and organizational performance.

Jeanne’s organizational experience includes conducting assessments, and recommending and implementing solutions to discovered problems.  She has lead design and delivery teams for leadership and staff development programs, management feedback and assessment, team building, employee involvement programs, and group facilitation. In her work, Jeanne also serves as a leadership and career coach for individual leaders. She has facilitated strategic change management efforts, team development, and performance improvement efforts. Jeanne teaches in the MAOM, MANM, BA and US program at Antioch.

My focus is helping students better engage in teams and groups as active members and leaders as well as facilitators of change.
