Michele DeRosa is the Manager of Workforce Processes for the Performance Optimization Group of DBM (formerly Drake Beam Morin). She oversees the products and services related to Organizational Career Management and Change Management. In this role, she recently designed several new Career Management programs and revised the Selection Interview Workshop. She also works extensively with customers to identify needs and tailor programs and services to fit those needs.

Michele has extensive experience designing programs, facilitating group processes, face-to-face as well as on the web, and certifying other professionals to facilitate DBM’s programs. She has also coached hundreds of executives and other clients representing diverse job functions and industries to be more effective, aligned, and satisfied in the workplace.

Prior to joining DBM over 10 years ago, Michele was a career development specialist and recruiter in industry, higher education, and private practice. She managed internship recruitment and career development at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Her roles in higher education included Career Counselor for Liberal Arts majors and students returning to college as well as Program Coordinator in various areas of Student Services.

Michele is frequently asked to speak on such topics as organizational career development, aligning values and work choice, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

She is professionally active in the California Career Development Association and the American Society for Training and Development.

In the avocation arena, Michele facilitates dialogues for the National Conference for Community and Justice, is a founding Board member of the American Repertory Dance Company, and sits on the Corporate Advisory Board for Women At Work.
