Jenny Factor, MFA

won a Hayden Carruth Award and was a finalist for the Lambda Literary Award for her poem collection, "Unraveling at the Name". She is an expert in Poetry, Meter and Verseform, and Writing Pedagogy.

Kathryn Pope, MFA

is Director of the Bridge Program which provides college classes to low-income adults in Los Angeles, at no cost to students. She is Head of the Creative Writing concentration within the BA in Liberal Studies and an expert in Educational Inequality.

Steve Heller, MFA, EdD

is Professor and Chair of the MFA in Creative Writing Program. He is currently the President of the Board of Directors for The Association of Writers and Writing Programs. He is an expert in Memory and Imagination in Story-Making, Craft of Writing, and Balancing Writing and Teaching as a Dual Career.
