Faculty Welcome

At Antioch University Los Angeles, the faculty comprise an amazing group of talented mentors and instructors completely dedicated to providing their best to students. Members of the core faculty spend hours on campus, serving as instructors, faculty advisors, supervisors, and mentors to students in a variety of disciplines. These individuals encourage critical inquiry and challenge students to think in new and different ways. Core faculty embody the mission of the institution and make their priority guiding students through a meaningful process of claiming an education.

Many of our faculty members work part-time for the university, spending the majority of their hours working as practitioners in their respective fields. Because they are engaged in community ventures on a daily basis, they bring a vibrancy into their classrooms that is contagious among the students. These faculty members resonate with Antioch University’s values and create classrooms with authentic voices and appreciation for all perspectives. We allow our faculty members to craft unique classes that match their expertise and offer flexibility in how and where students experience their learning. Every one of the faculty members at Antioch University shares a commitment to excellence that permeates their work.

If you are new to Antioch University, we invite you to visit our campus and talk to faculty within your program of interest. The Admissions Office would be happy to arrange your visit and we look forward to seeing you on campus!
