Biography
Ken Goldstein became the Director of Management Development for Mattel, Inc., in June, 2001. Mattel, Inc., with $5.9 billion in annual revenues, is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of family products. With headquarters in El Segundo, California, Mattel has offices and facilities in 43 countries and sells its products in more than 150 nations throughout the world.Mr. Goldstein is responsible for the development and implementation of leadership and management processes including performance management, career development, and training and development initiatives for the company.
Prior to Mattel, Mr. Goldstein was Vice President of Human Resources for Bowne Business Solutions. He was Director of Organizational Development for RR Donnelley & Sons Company before joining Donnelley Enterprise Solutions, a division that was spun off from Donnelley through an IPO in 1996.
His experiences include IPO’s, mergers and acquisitions, large scale organizational transformations, employee involvement & self directed initiatives, talent management and succession planning, organizational design, and human resources systems alignment.
