I believe that learning is the learner’s responsibility. That being said, as the teacher, I am there to help create a learning environment where students will be motivated to learn and find value in it for them.  My classes are based on solid theory and focuses on practical use. As a practitioner/scholar my students and I apply all the concepts taught to what is going on in organizational life. Classes are highly interactive, and based on adult learning factors. I take a personal interest in my students as people, scholars and practitioners. Development of self, acquisition of knowledge and skill development are objectives we strive for in our learning.
