The LGBT Specialization in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Receives Generous Donation of $20,000 to Establish the Sandra Golvin Memorial Scholarship Fund
Culver City-June 12, 2007--The LGBT Specialization in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University has recently received a generous donation from the Johnson Family Foundation to establish the Sandra Golvin LGBT Studies *Scholarship Fund for students enrolled in the LGBT Specialization in Clinical Psychology at the Master of Art's Program at Antioch University. Antioch University alumnus Paul Hokemeyer, J.D., Ph.D., (cand), who serves as an Advisory Trustee to the Johnson Family Foundation, has been instrumental in securing this grant. These funds will be awarded to LGBT specialization students enrolling in Fall 2007 based on academic achievement and LGBT community service.

Yellow Spring, OH – June 9, 2007 – Antioch University’s Board of Trustees voted to suspend operations on July 1, 2008 of Antioch College, the University’s undergraduate residential program in Yellow Springs, Ohio, with the intention of reopening a state-of-the art campus.
The operations of Antioch University Los Angeles (AULA) will not be affected by this change in the status of Antioch College.

Yellow Spring, OH – February 22, 2007– As Antioch University Southern California -- with campuses both in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles -- prepared to celebrate its 35th anniversary, the University’s Board of Trustees announced that they felt that the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara campuses have reached a point in their growth and development to warrant operating as separate campuses of the University, each with its own president in order to better serve the distinct educational needs of these two communities. Antioch College Alumni Board and Board of Trustees Reach Unprecedented Agreement
Antioch College to Remain Open
YELLOW SPRINGS, OH – November 5, 2007 – The Antioch Board of Trustees,
in historic collaboration with the Alumni Board, passed a resolution
over the weekend to lift the suspension of operations of Antioch
College scheduled for June 30, 2008. This decision which follows
intensive discussions between Trustees and members of the Alumni Board,
enables the College to continue offering academic credits and degrees
to current students, subject to approval by accrediting bodies.
